Let Associate Arrested: An associate of terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba was arrested with perfume bottle bombs on Saturday (July 1). Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar police gave this information by tweeting.
The accused was arrested from Batmaloo bus stand in Srinagar. Police said that four perfume IEDs (Improvised Explosive Device) were found from the accused. According to the police, the name of the accused is Yasir Ahmed Ittu, a resident of Gulshanabad in Kaimoh.
An FIR has been registered against the accused under relevant sections including Section 3/5 of the Explosive Substances Act at Batamalu police station.
One terror associate of LeT namely Yasir Ahmed Ittoo S/o Ab Rashid Ittoo R/o Gulshanabad, Qaimoh arrested with 4 perfume IEDs from Batmaloo Bus Stand. FIR No 77/2023 under sections 3/5 of Explosive Substances act, 7/25 of IA Act & 13,23 of ULAP Act registered in Batmaloo PS.
